Gina Wakeham - Personal Real Estate Corporation

As a native to Victoria, Gina has the advantage of deep roots with the community, a strong background and family history that have been tied to the city for over 90 years. Raised in Victoria, she graduated valedictorian of her class, and after living in metropolitan cities such as Seattle and Vancouver, she found that there was no place quite like Victoria and returned to the beautiful city and to her roots.

With over 30 years experience in sales and marketing and having worked for one of the world’s most successful companies, Gina

brings a unique integration of skills that are evidenced in the numerous achievement awards she has received throughout her education and career.

Her father is a two time golf hall of fame inductee and mother was Miss Victoria, and Miss PNE. They have provided a lifetime of love, and kindness and taught Gina how to always treat people with love and consideration a quality that is evident in both her personal and professional life. Being a perfectionist is part of her otherwise quirky nature.

Her nicknames have included Stud-muffin, Sparkles, and Full-Scap, because you can always find her with a ‘notebook’ (a real one with pages of paper) in hand.

Gina is passionate about fitness/health, her family and friends, 2 precious cats, and loves golf and pickleball. Her first golf lesson at two years old was from Lee Trevino. She has taken her firearms acquisition course (but never has owned a gun, “I just thought it would be interesting to learn about something outdoorsy”). She finished with the highest mark in the class. She has taken her Power Squadron, Scuba Dove in Thailand, snorkeled with turtles in Hawaii, mountain biked down Whistler, and jumped off a house and missed the pool! (That didn’t end well.)
